Employee of the Month

MARCH 2012

Houston Astros guests at the Osceola Heritage Page were serviced by Many Nightingale employees.  The schedule was given prior to the month, the client changed the orders on a daily basis – it was a little crazy, think we can all agree.  Juan Cruz has worked for us for over a year and he was scheduled for many shifts.  As the client cancelled and then added at the last minute, Juan showed up within a half hour each time – never turned down the opportunity to work and Saved the Days!

FEBRUARY 2012

Becky Bonts was one of our first hires in Jacksonville.  Becky has been extremely helpful in building our business with the excellent skills and customer service she has shown on each and every job.

JANUARY 2012

So many of our employees go the extra mile for a client – it is expected and appreciated. This month, Reinaldo (Ray) Lugo receives the Employee of the Month for going above and beyond in Server positions at both the SMG-OH Park and DoubleTree Resort by Hilton. Some days in between he picked up other jobs too and the uniforms were different so thanks, Ray, for keeping it all together!

DECEMBER 2011

Karla Griggs has been with us since starting in December 2010.  Karla has been requested time and time again to work weekends at the Heritage Park.  We can always depend on her to keep her schedule and do a great job.  During the month of December, she worked the holidays at Mission Inn Resort for us – going the extra mile!  Karla was given a new polo shirt to thank her for her work ethic.

SEPTEMBER 2011

Sir Michael Bellamy, one to be respected!  Michael has more talents than one individual employee.  He is an experienced and certified Chef, Bartender & Banquet Server.  Michael has been instrumental in the growth of our business.  Always professional and dependable!

AUGUST 2011

In our business, we have multiple positions to fill for one night.  Sometimes it’s challenging because we want the quality and experience from each employee to be top notch.   OMAR JUSINO has referred many new employees to us and has been a blessing to our business.  Each person he has sent to us has been exactly what we need for our events.  Thanks, Omar, it’s great to have you represent Nightingale Staffing.  Omar is standing directly beneath the O in Osceola.

JULY 2011

Mr. John Brown, how we appreciate you working day after day, never any drama, just consistent in everything.  John committed to working a job at the Sheraton Vistana when we first opened our company and he has been there ever since.  John, you are a pleasure to work with!

You know how you always have ONE hundred employees and someone always gives a kind word, or watches your back, or just smiles a goofy smile for you – LESLIE BALAZ – you have won this award.  We think a lot of you and the work you do!

MAY 2011

This award was very difficult to choose because it was a very busy month and so many people stepped up to the plate.  We chose to honor Eddie Gargani, Sr.  He acted as Maitre’d for the Passover at the DoubleTree by Hilton for us.  Eddie was our right hand to pull off this major event and we thank him so very much.

APRIL 2011

This award has to go to Tony Martinez.   Tony was instrumental in bringing qualified individuals to fill all of our positions for the Passover.  We were very impressed with their talent and their abilities.  They are long term Nightingale employees and requested on many other events now.  Thanks Tony!  And yes, he wanted a new Tux shirt and Bow tie – he got it!

MARCH 2011

In March we had so many employees that did a fantastic job but we had to choose ONE employee that went above and beyond.  This was Adrian Vazquez.  Adrian pulled many doubles, referred his friends for jobs, and did a great job for all of our clients.

Adrian was given a Tux Shirt and Bow Tie to thank him for representing Nightingale Staffing in such an exceptional manner.
